ALL Overseas Orders including APO's, & Canada....

All orders considered overseas, including Canada and APO's must have a duty form filed. This means we can ship Priority Mail and it will arrive at the Customs department of your country, generally within 3 to 10 depending on where it's going. At that point we/you are at the mercy of the Customs Agents. It has been taking 3 to 4 weeks for our orders to arrive at there destination in Canada and UK.

Please understand we have no association with nor do we have any control over Customs. If this is a gift please order it well in advance of the special occasion. If you would like your order to be shipped Express (overseas), you must call your order in (888) 577-3424 OR (813) 855-5400, local call. There will be additional charges.

Sheer Delight could be candies, cookies, curtains - almost anything. There is NO reference to the product. All retail orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment.

Rest assured we ship all orders in discreet packaging. No one will ever guess what is inside! Our company name, 'Sheer Delight', could be a candy... There is no mention of Nipple Huggers® on the outside packaging. For First Class packages, we use plain bubble pack manilla envelopes, for Priority we use Priorty post office supplied envelopes or if required a Priority Mail box (usually the size of a video) with our return address and the 'Mail To' address is all anyone will see.

All orders are shipped First Class and via Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipment. Express or Overnight can be done for an additional cost.

All orders are shipped with a 'Delivery Confirmation'.

The United States Postal Services states First Class (in contiguous US) usually delivers within 5 to 7 business days. Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2 to 3 days, however they will not guarantee the 2 - 3 day delivery. If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please contact us so we can track it for you (in contiguous US only).

Please accept our apologies as we can not accept Credit Cards from over seas countries (listed in RESTRICTED COUNTRIES list below except UK and Canada. We are only able to accept a money order OR a cashier check OR a money transfer (bank transfer) OR Western Union, OR PayPal payments from other countries - of course in US Dollars.

Global Priority / Overseas Shipping: We've found that shipping via Global Priority to most countries takes as much as 3 to 4 weeks or longer - due to customs. We've also found we can ship most orders in a regular bubble envelope, which will get to you faster with "no" duty charges. So, unless otherwise requested all overseas order will ship via Air Mail - unless order is too large.

Overseas shipments 'may' require additional shipping charges. If so, we will notify you of the additional charges by email - which will require a reply.

Most orders can be shipped outside US, however we do not ship to the following LIST OF RESTRICTED COUNTRIES

Restrictions are based on several issues i.e. Women's Rights, high incidence of fraud, high incidence of stolen credit cards, inability to insure package, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we feel probably will not reached it's intended destination, or has fraud potential (credit card billing address does not match, etc.).

Due to the nature of the internet, 'exact colors' are not guaranteed. Colors depend a great deal on your PC, just like individual TV's show the same picture but all have a slightly different color.

Return Policy....

'Nipple Jewelry' and accessories can be returned for a full refund if the package is un-opened (a **Federal Law requirement), and the return is within a reasonable period - usually within 7 days. A credit will be issued within 24 business hours. All packaging has a special sealing tape to insure we follow all federal legal requirements.

Shipping & handling fees basically cover the exact costs. There are no hidden fees as such, therefore we do not refund shipping fees, only the invoiced price of the merchandise returned.

**Federal Law prohibits the return (for our safety) and  resale (for your safety) of merchandise that has had potential contact with bodily fluids. This includes any pierced jewelry (ear, tongue, belly button, etc.) as well as all nipple jewelry both pierced and non pierced.
